My Story
Li-Zandre was born and raised in South Africa, however spent most of her adult life living and working in Yamhill County. She received her Bachelors of Science from Oregon State University, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Prior to opening Elevate Physical therapy, she worked as a professor primarily teaching Orthopedics to Doctor of Physical Therapy students. She works with a range of conditions--from Division 1 athletes, to chronic pain, to Parkinson's, and everything in-betweeen. She has an intense desire to meet patients where they are at, empower them to their chosen goals, and together work towards elevating their health and wellbeing.
