We have finally succumbed...to blogging.
The owners at Elevate have been reconsidering the purpose of our digital platform. We have decided that the more free, high-quality content we can provide to our community, the better we can serve YOU!
With that in mind, this whole thing is a work in progress. We have lofty ambitions to start filming video content for YouTube and Instagram (click those links to go to our sites), develop some master classes, and perhaps even a continuing education course...
We are planning on making this blog a "clinical commentary"--a place for the occasional rant (probably from Tyler), reviews of scientific papers, and our thoughts about wellness/physical activity/exercise/etc.
Our hope is that this is a blog for everyone--patients, providers, students, and whomever else stumbles over it--and that everyone gains something positive from reading it!
