Our family has seen Li-Zandré a number of times for different injuries. We’re a family of 5, always busy with some kind of sport and activity, and has had our fair share or injuries that tend to come with the territory.
Li-Zandré always responds in a faster-than-expected timeframe. She is willing to work with our busy schedule and I suspect sometimes put her own schedule on hold to meet our availability. She is punctual, very friendly and approaches the appointment in a way that does not make us feel she is hurried to get it done, rather that she will take her time to understand the problem, and make sure she gets the full picture. The fact that she comes to our home, helps her to understand the environment we live in, and the challenges we face with a specific injury in our home. That extra insight has been valuable in advising an approach to treat, heal and train.
We have seen great success with her treatment. When our daughter hurt her knee during a basketball game, the doctor told us she will be out for 6 weeks. Li-Zandré gave us a second opinion and our daughter was back on the court in two weeks and continued to play without further injury.
We recently recommended her to a teammate who had an ankle injury. Again the teammate was back on the court in half the time the doctor projected. Li-Zandré even came to practice to observe play before she gave the all-clear to play tournaments again.
Her commitment to the health of her patients is rare and refreshing. We cannot recommend her and Elevate PT highly enough. Even though we’ve never used the services of the other PTs, we suspect they all operate under the same shared strive and commitment to excellence and wellness.

Dr. Philbrook is literally the best Physical Therapist I have ever seen. She is directly responsible for me being able to have a normal life. I have had 6 Physical Therapists and 2 Chiropractors over the last 10 years and she is the only one who helped alleviate my pain and gave me increased mobility. All of the other practitioners I have seen had me do the exact same exercises and stretches the previous practitioners did even though I told them they didn't work before. Dr. Philbrook took the time to listen to me and gave me a complete neurological exam before deciding what course of action she wanted me to take. All the others seemed to be using the same play book, "Oh head-on car crash, that's on page 128". Some of the practitioners didn't even take the time to examine me before deciding what treatment they wanted me to follow. Bottom line, go see Dr. Philbrook, you will be glad you did.
